BingoPlus Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BingoPlus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and BingoPlus ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the BingoPlus website, games, payment services and all related features available at bingoplus-play.com.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on BingoPlus, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them and agreed to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BingoPlus platform.

These Terms are written in plain English and are designed to be genuinely readable, not to obscure your rights or bury important information. If you have any questions about any clause, please contact BingoPlus support at support@bingoplus-play.com before completing registration.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a BingoPlus account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BingoPlus does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit or gamble on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or agent of BingoPlus or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded from BingoPlus under a self-exclusion request that remains active.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at registration and keep that information up to date throughout your account's lifetime.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one BingoPlus account. This applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address or payment method used. If BingoPlus identifies that a single individual has opened or is operating multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances held in duplicate accounts, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from those accounts, will be voided and forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BingoPlus login credentials — your registered mobile number, password and any OTP or PIN codes associated with your account. BingoPlus will never ask for your password by email, SMS or live chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact BingoPlus support immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during BingoPlus registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment account details — must be accurate and match your official CNIC and payment account records. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles BingoPlus to close your account and void any associated balances without notice.

3.4 Identity Verification

BingoPlus performs identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as required. This typically involves confirmation of your CNIC number and verification that the payment account used for withdrawal is registered in your own name. KYC is a legal and security requirement and is non-negotiable. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BingoPlus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BingoPlus does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion charge.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on BingoPlus is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT transfers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. BingoPlus will not process deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
• BingoPlus does not charge any deposit fee. Processing times are under 60 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash and same-business-day for IBFT transfers.
• If a deposit does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact BingoPlus support with your transaction reference number. Do not repeat the deposit until you have confirmed with support that the original transaction has not been credited.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal on BingoPlus is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit. You may not withdraw to a different account than the one used for deposit.
• Real-money balances (funds deposited directly by you) are available for withdrawal at any time without restriction, subject to the completion of identity verification.
• Bonus-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they qualify for withdrawal.
• BingoPlus processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: mobile wallets under 5 minutes, bank IBFT same business day, Visa/Mastercard 1–3 business days.
• BingoPlus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

BingoPlus offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where these Terms and specific promotion terms conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The BingoPlus welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus match percentage and maximum bonus amount are displayed on the BingoPlus promotions page. The welcome bonus applies automatically on the first qualifying deposit — you do not need to enter a code unless specifically instructed otherwise.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All BingoPlus bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance qualifies for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total bets to be placed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn). The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed prominently before and at the time of claiming the bonus on BingoPlus.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering requirements. Table games, live casino games and some specialty games may contribute a lower percentage — specific contribution rates are listed on each bonus's terms page.
• Real-money funds are used for bets before bonus funds. Your real-money balance is always available for withdrawal regardless of any pending wagering requirement on your bonus balance.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed if your account balance drops to zero before the requirement is fulfilled.
• BingoPlus reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

BingoPlus bonuses are available only to players whose deposits and play are genuine and personal. Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device. Players who have previously self-excluded from BingoPlus are not eligible for bonuses during any self-exclusion period.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on BingoPlus operate according to rules published on each game's individual information panel. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. Bets placed on games whose rules you have not read are placed at your own risk.

6.1 RNG Certification

Every game on BingoPlus uses a certified Random Number Generator. Our RNG systems are independently audited on a quarterly basis by third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random, that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate, and that no manipulation of outcomes is possible — by BingoPlus or by any player.

6.2 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session on BingoPlus — server error, disconnection, display glitch — the round result may be void. BingoPlus will credit the amount staked on the voided round to your account. BingoPlus is not liable for any potential winnings on rounds that were affected by technical malfunctions. In cases of dispute, the BingoPlus server logs are the definitive record of game activity and outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BingoPlus and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with BingoPlus games, the deposit system or the withdrawal system.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or unintended game behaviour to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs will be voided. BingoPlus must be notified of any discovered bug immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activities. BingoPlus is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under applicable laws.
• Using credit provided by a third party (other than your own bank or payment provider) to fund BingoPlus deposits.
• Opening multiple BingoPlus accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a completed and credited deposit after playing with those funds on BingoPlus.
• Deliberately placing bets designed to take advantage of bonus offers in bad faith — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, manipulating game selection to fulfil wagering with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BingoPlus website — including but not limited to the BingoPlus logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software, audio, video and promotional materials — is the property of BingoPlus or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BingoPlus platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, broadcast, scrape, download in bulk, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any BingoPlus content without prior written consent from BingoPlus.

9. Responsible Gaming

BingoPlus is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for Pakistani players. We take our responsible gaming obligations seriously and have built a comprehensive set of player protection tools directly into the platform.

9.1 Available Tools

BingoPlus will never contact you to encourage you to reverse a self-exclusion request. 10. Privacy and Data Protection

BingoPlus collects, processes and stores personal data strictly as required to operate your account, process your transactions and comply with its legal obligations. Your data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

By registering a BingoPlus account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the BingoPlus Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy provides full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and what your rights are with respect to your personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting BingoPlus support. Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 business days, subject to any legal retention obligations that may require us to hold certain records for a minimum period.

11. Amendments to These Terms

BingoPlus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material amendments, BingoPlus may update these Terms without advance individual notification, in which case the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of BingoPlus after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your BingoPlus account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account does not affect any withdrawal rights you have accrued under the previous Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

BingoPlus provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, secure and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BingoPlus shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from your use of the BingoPlus platform.
• Losses arising from a failure of your internet service provider, mobile network or device.
• Any losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.

BingoPlus's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the balance held in your BingoPlus account at the time the relevant dispute arose.

13. Account Closure

13.1 Closure by You

You may request closure of your BingoPlus account at any time by contacting support. Upon receipt of a closure request, BingoPlus will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance and close the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

13.2 Closure by BingoPlus

BingoPlus may close or suspend your account without advance notice if: you breach these Terms in a material way; you are found to have provided false registration information; your account is involved in fraudulent activity; your use of BingoPlus is suspected to involve money laundering; or your account is deemed a security risk to other players on the platform.

Where an account is closed by BingoPlus due to a Terms breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play may be voided. Real-money deposits not involved in the Terms breach will be returned to you via the payment method on file, after deduction of any amounts owed to BingoPlus for proven fraudulent activity.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and your use of BingoPlus, are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming and digital transactions in the jurisdiction in which BingoPlus operates.

If you have a dispute with BingoPlus, please contact our support team in the first instance. BingoPlus is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Most disputes are resolved within five business days of being raised with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, BingoPlus operates a formal dispute resolution process. Contact support@bingoplus-play.com with "Formal Dispute" in the subject line and provide full details of the issue, the date and time it occurred, and any transaction reference numbers. BingoPlus will provide a formal written response within ten business days.
